Terms & Conditions (Global Art Online System)

  1. Subscription
    1. The above subscription fee will be paid within 7 days after submitted this subscription form.
    2. All subscription fee paid are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
    3. At the end of each term of this agreement will automatically renew for a renewal term of 12 months, unless terminated earlier.
    4. Either party may elect not to renew this package, by providing notice to the other party at least 2 months before the end of the above mentioned term.
  2. Publication Content
    1. All posted information/program must be relevant to Global Art activities. The management of Global Art reserves the right to remove irrelevant information at any time without prior notice.
    2. Self-created workshop/projects shall not published under the online booking platform.
    3. Franchisee shall responsible on all posted information.
  3. Payment Policy
    1. Global Art & Creative Sdn. Bhd. will collect course fee on behalf of franchisee through the payment gateway known as ipay88 (iPay88 (M) Sdn Bhd) for both online booking platform & recurring payment features that available in Global Art online system and Global Art Website as following URL:
      https://uae.globalart.world/
      https://my.globalart.world/gba-admin
    2. All transactions through the payment gateway (ipay88) that registered under the entity of Global Art & Creative Sdn. Bhd. will be charged at 3%.
    3. Global Art & Creative Sdn. Bhd. will credit the collected amount (after deducted 3% that mentioned above) to franchisee before 10thof each month.
    4. All fees that collected on behalf of franchisees through the payment gateway (ipay88) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable to any parties.
  4. Global Art shall not be liable for any loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of services offered by Franchisee at any Global Art center.
  5. Franchisee shall responsible and resolves the dispute from public directly.
  6. Global Art shall not reliable for any incorrect information/fee that posted by Franchisee.
